About the Job 

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst whose key role is to clarify complex business requirements, architect robust systems, and serve as the vital bridge connecting business stakeholders with technical development teams. Your primary mission is to ensure that technical solutions perfectly align with overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients and end-users to accurately gather, analyze, and clarify detailed business requirements.
• Translate abstract business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, logical workflow designs, and precise technical requirements.
• Architect core system structures, data flows, optimized database schemas, and seamless system integration interfaces.
• Author and maintain complete Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), formal system analysis documents, and related technical design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers (PG), QA/testers, and clients to confidently ensure all final deliveries fulfill the initial business requirements.
• Provide critical technical support for system integrations, rigorous functional verification, and thorough post-launch root-cause analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional logical thinking, professional user interviewing techniques, structured process design, and precise technical writing skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge of databases, modern APIs, system architecture, and standard software development processes.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and translate complex concepts between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
